  I have been services recently by Massey over 7 times, the second to last visit including there so called "Blow Out". Every Massey representative that has been to my apartment complex appears to do the bare minimum and leave a mess of brown guck all over my home stating it would kill them. Sticky pads were thrown everywhere catching a few. When Massey returns they dispose of them, not replacing them or spraying again. They excuse im given to why more are not put down is that "they appear to be "dying off" when hours after Massey visit LIVE insects are seen not dying but simply relocating. They first blamed it on the whether stating the pest were traveling inward to stay cool. Here it is winter now and i see more then ever. Equipment, Staff, & Pesticides need to be replaced & advanced immediately!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!
