After taking me the the most horrific buying experience ever and trying to make me feel like they were doing me a favor, they actually tried to charge me for a Refrigerator that they could not deliver. I had to go through their corporate office to get it cleared up. Now I can't get the items at Black Friday pricing anywhere else. I will never shop with Lowe's again. This was my favorite store at one time.......not anymore!
