  Very poor customer service. I tried to get a refund for a game at this location, and was yelled at by a man with a beard and one of middle eastern descent. I had talked to the store manager that morning and had arranged also with corporate to get a full refund for a game I returned. I was told there was nothing they could do and that my story didn’t add up. They said to me "GET OUT" and proceeded to cuss and say they would call the cops. This was the second GameStop I had been to get a proper refund. GameStop is the worst place ever to buy games. Employees are very rude and disrespectful

  Went in with a friend and asked a pretty obvious question about weather a game was more of a traditional RPG or a strategic game and was given, "that's subjective". Uh, no it's not. Is the VAST majority of the game play contingent on strategic movements or is it a story? There's two separate categories for this reason. Either better train the staff as to what gaming categories are or don't talk to girl gamers like they're dumb. Never wasting my time or money here again.
