  The communication between producer and consumer is very strained. The initial delivery ETA is between 2-4 weeks. It has literally been almost 8 weeks and I'm still waiting on furniture. No one bothered to call me and tell me what was going on with my order. When the salesperson finally did call me to let me know about my order and when it was going to be in, I sent for it to be picked up...it was not there. They never even let me know that it wasn't going to be there and that the shipment time had changed. The salespeople are generally very polite, but the young "girl" at the front desk needs a serious attitude check, she is rude, disrespectful, and lacks in ALL customer service skills. Nonetheless, I will not be returning back to this furniture store.
